Shall District construct/renovate Junior High, replace, renovate and maintain District facilities by issuing general obligation bonds not exceeding $10,500,000? If the bonds are approved, they will be payable from taxes on property or property ownership that are not subject to the limits of sections 11 and 11b, Article XI of the Oregon Constitution.
If approved, this measure would finance the construction/renovation of Banks Junior High School. It would also replace/renovate and maintain School District facilities to meet current building safety standards and improve efficiency of school operations. Specifically, bond proceeds are expected to:
